Why we started Worcester County Home Solutions

Not every property is a good fit for a traditional retail listing. Some houses need major repairs. Others are inherited, vacant, full of belongings, occupied by tenants, or simply need more work than an owner wants to take on. We created Worcester County Home Solutions to provide another option.

What working with us looks like

You deal with a real person involved in evaluating the property, not a national call center. We learn about the property, research it, schedule a walkthrough, and make an offer. There is no obligation to accept it.

We understand properties that need work

We are comfortable evaluating roof, septic, heating, foundation, cleanout, renovation, and multifamily projects. Our goal is to understand the work up front and evaluate the property in its current condition.
